Stunning vintage Le Tallec Paris Atelier hand-painted and hand gilded Limoges Porcelain lidded ewer and under plate. Finely crafted porcelain set features acathus leaves, urn vase, birds and foliates in glossy aqua green and matted dusty blue enamel accents with lavish gilt details on white base. Each piece is signed and dated at the bottom in under glaze burgundy red “Dessiné et peint entièrement à la main par Le Tallec à Paris” translated to "Drawn and painted entirely by hand by Le Tallec in Paris", having blue "LT" written hallmark and "MC" artist's initials with dated codes "EE" 1956 made in Paris, France. In good condition with traces of wear, a piece off on lid inside rim not visible from outside appearance and minor details consistent to age. Atelier Le Tallec was established early 1900, a familial hand-painted porcelain studio founded in Belleville, Paris.
