A stunning group representing St. Anne Trinity. Richly detailed polychomed earthenware sculpture depicting Saint Anna carrying Virgin Mary and Child Jesus on her right arm and holding a book, Bible in her left hand. Saint Anna, Hannah is the mother of Virgin Mary and the patron saint of grandparents, mothers, pregnant women, unmarried people, sterility and poverty. This beautiful sculpture is raised on a gilt plinth with engraved artist monogram "VG  521" at the back, made in Belgium early 1900. In very good condition with minor traces of wear and details commensurate to age, very charming aging patina. Kindly refer to the pictures as integral part of the descriptions.
