Authentic German Porcelain Art by modeler and designer Kurt Steiner (1904-1970) for Unterweissbacher Werkstätten für Porzellankunst as part of the Thuringian Cultural Society of Porcelain known for producing high quality creations using fine materials and delicate craftsmanship. This "Harlequins" porcelain group features a romantic scene of a gentleman serenading a well-dressed lady with a book. Glazed porcelain sculpture with charming color nuances, intricate lace and floral porcelain details. It has visible Unterweissbach with crown hallmark used during 1958-1976, model 15 (40), made in Germany. In excellent condition with minor traces of wear, well-preserved and minimal details consistent to age.
