Charming art nouveau pewter lidded ceramic ewer features an attractive colors of floral and foliate reliefs over an aquamarine craqulure glaze, brilliant rose red inner glaze and amber color handle. It is hallmarked at the bottom Mouzin Lecat & Cie Nimy lez Mons by Faiencerie Imperiale et Royale de Nimy established in 1789, became an association with Mouzin-Lecat in 1851 and existed until 1951. Made in Belgium circa 1900. In very good condition with minor traces of wear and other details consistent to age and artisan craftsmanship.
