French Mantle Clock with Candelabras, gilt bronze clock in roccoco style featuring putti playing with ram and birds, hanging vines and garlands, the candelabras in two tiers with middle candle cup surrounded with four foliated scrolling arms in the Louis XV style. Richly decorated main baluster with standing, playing putti, swirling lines, florals and foliages to the circular shaped base. The clock has numeral porcelain gilt bronze face, having black metal hands, 2 key holes and glass door. Mechanical eight-day movement, half-hourly striking mechanism with a brass bell. This clock comes with a pendulum and winding key. Made in France late 1800. The timepiece, movement has been serviced and it works well with original winding key. In very good working condition with minor traces of use and age. Detailed phot's will be provided upon request.
